Nesse contexto, a edição do mês de março traz artigos que focalizam qualidades e atributos físicos diretamente relacionados ao desempenho operacional do militar, tais como: características antropométricas e aptidão física da Tropa de Choque; aptidão neuromuscular da Força de Pacificação no Rio de Janeiro; e suplementação nutricional relacionada ao exercício físico intenso em estagiários do curso básico de paraquedistas do Exército Brasileiro.</p><p>Além desses temas, apresentam-se artigos sobre cognição técnico-tática e desempenho no futebol e tomada de decisão em corrida de aventura, investigando a interação necessária entre a aquisição de conhecimento e o desempenho técnico-físico esperado de atletas.</p><p align="right"><strong>Lilian Martins – Profª PhD</strong></p><p align="right"><strong>Editora-Chefe</strong></p><h1 align="center">http://www.revistadeeducacaofisica.com/</h1><p> </p><h1 align="center">EDITORIAL</h1><p>The <strong><em>Revista de Educação Física / Journal of Physical Education</em></strong> is undergoing a profound restructuring process; and the first issue of 2016 represents another major step toward the goal of obtaining high levels of scientific quality publications. We also celebrate the indexing on the <em>Sistema Regional de Información em Línea para Revistas Científicas de América Latina, el Caribe, España y Portugal</em>, the <strong>LATINDEX </strong>(Regional System of Information for Scientific Journals of Latin America, Caribe, Spain and Portugal), which will provide greater visibility to the published works.
